I help hardworking business owners gain time, clarity, and control through better systems and smart financial management.
With over 20 years’ experience across corporate and small/family business, I’ve seen what works and what absolutely doesn’t.
I don’t just “do the books.” I build systems, train your team, and keep you accountable. Your financials will always be accurate and on time.

As trusted bookkeepers and BAS agents, we tailor everything to your needs. However, we typically work with clients in three phases:

Phase 1
Bookkeeping foundations
First, we take the time to understand you and your business. We want to get to know you and your teams’ strengths to see how we can best work together and support you.
Then we get to work to clean it up. We bring your books up-to-date and set up proper financial systems using appropriate software (like Xero).
We ensure every dollar in and out of your back account is accounted for. We can action your receipts, reconciliations, payroll and more.
We then maintain and manage everything ongoing with no lock-in contracts.

Phase 2
Training and systems
Got staff? Let’s get everyone on the same page. It’s important that we understand who is accountable for what part of the bookkeeping process and how those people all work together.
We provide tailored training where required, so your systems don’t fall apart the minute someone takes a holiday or leaves the company.
It’s about collaboration and working to our strengths to ensure the business is the most efficient it can be.
